Practicalities

Session frequency and duration
Sessions are 50 minutes. They are usually once a week but frequency is open to discussion. The length of treatment can vary greatly, and could be as few as 2-3 sessions. However, typically it is 8-20 sessions.

Location
I work from clinic rooms in West Hampstead, London, and I also offer online sessions. Please contact me to discuss what would work best for you and we can see if we can find a time to suit us both.
